PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film which can maintain an effect of a functional substance for an extended period.SOLUTION: Provided is a functional film 1 having a functional substance 20 disposed on a surface of a film 10 having on its surface an uneven structure formed of a cured material 16 of an active energy ray-curable resin composition. The functional substance 20 may be disposed on the whole surface of the film 10 or on a portion thereof.
