The present invention relates to a device for sensing an acupoint and tracking the position, particularly to a device for sensing an acupoint and tracking the position capable of identifying and tracking the acupoint by detecting the channel having the lowest skin impedance in the multiple channels, tracking and analyzing the detected channel. The device for sensing an acupoint and tracking the position comprises a probe including an electrode unit having a plurality of electrodes for detecting an impedance signal in one end and an LED display unit having an LED corresponding to each of the electrodes in the other end and a control unit for detecting the electrode positioned in the acupoint from the impedance signals received from the electrode unit, wherein the electrode positioned in the acupoint is detected, the control unit produces LED control signals for emitting only the LED corresponding to the electrode to be transmitted to the LED display unit.
