The present utility model discloses the formulation of producing breadfruit tartlet. Breadfruit ( Artocarpus altilis, Fosb.) of the family Moraceae is a seasonal tropical fruit tree that is an undervalued and under-utilized fruit in the Philippines. When in season, this tree produces plenty of fruits that are just wasted and left to rot. There is a need to explore on fruit utilization methods and other processing techniques to improve the value of this very prolific crop. Utilizing this commodity into another way of preparation and presentation is therefore a welcome development.
