A spacer fabric mesh comprising:a spacer fabric comprising: a bottom fabric layera top fabric layer andan intermediate layer comprising a plurality of interconnecting fibers which extend between, and connect, said bottom layer and said top layer, wherein said interconnecting fibers have sufficient resilience and stiffness to keep said bottom layer and said top layer separated when pressure is applied to at least one of said bottom layer and said top layer.
