A head base for supporting a patient's head, a torso base for supporting a patient's torso, and a lumbar base for supporting a patient's waist, the head base, the torso base and the lumbar base are provided. Are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, and the head table, the waist table or the torso table is provided with swinging means capable of swinging in the width direction around the center position in the width direction.
