PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection implement for an endoscope considerably reducing hemorrhage from a blood vessel when thrusting an injection needle into the mucosa, and clearly observing a peripheral mucosa state even after injection by the endoscope to smoothly perform demucosation or the like.
SOLUTION: The injection implement for the endoscope has the injection needle 3 connected to the tip of a liquid feed tube 2 detachably inserted in a treatment instrument guide tube of the endoscope, wherein a tip portion 6 of the injection needle 3 is formed into obliquely cut needle shape, and a foremost portion 7 of the injection needle 3 is formed to be blunt.
