PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion container packaging bag, simply forming an opening for exposing a hook part of a transfusion container (an intravenous drip container) by tearing an upper central part of a packaging bag in one direction with fingertips, and centering the hook part of the stored transfusion container.SOLUTION: The packaging bag A having a light intercepting performance stores the transfusion container 2. This transfusion container packaging bag A is so constructed that a curved-down tearing guide line 4 for forming the opening for exposing the hook part 2c of the transfusion container 2, which is tearable in one direction, is provided in the upper central part of the packaging bag A. The upper central part of the packaging bag A can be torn with fingertips smoothly and quickly from one end of the tearing guide line 4 along the tearing guide line 4 to the other end of the tearing guide line 4 without interruption to form the opening, and the hook part 2c of the transfusion container 2 can be exposed from the opening.
