The present embodiments describe an endograft (100) having one or more apertures, and methods for constructing the same. In one example, an endograft (100) comprises a proximal region (130) having a proximal opening (210), and a distal region (150) having first and second apertures (180) separated by a partition (240). A body portion (140) having a lumen (160) is disposed between the proximal region (130) and distal region (150), and has a central longitudinal axis. At least one of the first and second apertures (180) is oriented oblique to the central longitudinal axis.
