The present invention relates to a fruit thinning device having a round-shaped knife and, more specifically, to a device which operates a motor by using a battery and thins a fruit by rotation of a knife connected to the motor. The present invention is to rapidly and easily remove an unnecessary stem of a fruit by using the motor-driven rotating round-shaped knife, the edge of the rotating round-shaped knife connected to the motor is provided with a blade to cut and remove stems at once while embracing the stems considering that the stems of a plurality of poor fruits are stretched around good fruits in an umbrella rib shape, the knife is inserted into a sheath for convenient and safe operation of the fruit thinning device.
