PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pus plug discharge tool that is suitable for discharging a pus plug from a crypt.SOLUTION: A pus plug discharge tool 1 includes: a rod-like member 2 having the uniaxial direction as a longitudinal direction and a spherical segment-shaped member 3 comprising a split plane formed of a mirror plane 3a and a spherical crown having height larger than a radius, and provided at the one end of the rod-like member 2 by directing the mirror plane 3a toward the direction intersecting in the uniaxial direction of the other end side of the rod-like member 2. The spherical segment-shaped member 3 is provided at the one end of the rod-like member 2 by directing the split plane formed of the mirror plane 3a toward the direction intersecting in the uniaxial direction of the other end side of the rod-like member 2, and thereby the one end is inserted into a throat to perform visual recognition of the crypt of a tonsil by the mirror plane 3a of the spherical segment-shaped member 3 and the tonsil is pushed by a spherical crown of the spherical segment-shaped member 3 and the pus plug can be discharged from the crypt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】腺窩から膿栓を排出するのに好適な膿栓排出具を提供すること。【解決手段】膿栓排出具1は、一軸方向を長手とする棒状部材2、及び鏡面3aが形成された割平面と半径より大きな高さを有する球冠とを含み、鏡面3aを棒状部材2の他端側の一軸方向に交差する方向に向けて棒状部材2の一端に設けられる球欠状部材3を備える。球欠状部材3が、鏡面3aが形成された割平面を棒状部材2の他端側の一軸方向に交差する方向に向けて棒状部材2の一端に設けられていることで、その一端を咽喉に挿入して、球欠状部材3の鏡面3aにより扁桃の腺窩を視認するとともに、球欠状部材3の球冠により扁桃を押圧して腺窩から膿栓を排出することができる。【選択図】図1
