To provide a seated person binding structure capable of realizing binding of a person seated in a wheelchair, by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The seated person binding structure comprises: an auxiliary seat 6 attachable to and detachable from a wheelchair； an auxiliary belt 7 comprising a first connection part 71 connected to a seat belt and a second connection part 72 connected to a floor panel； and a first fastening part 63 and a second fastening part 73 which fasten the auxiliary seat 6 and the auxiliary belt 7 attachably and detachably.
