A device for dispensing a material, being provided with a plunger assembly which has a screw with a first thread portion and a second thread portion. The first and second thread portion differ in shape and, in combination, form one continuous screw thread. The plunger assembly further has a nut which engages the screw thread by a nut thread. The nut thread corresponds in shape to a negative shape of the first thread portion. The invention help minimizing efforts in the assembly of a device using the plunger assembly.L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'un matériau, comprenant un ensemble piston qui a une vis avec une première partie filetée et une seconde partie filetée. Les première et seconde parties filetées ont une forme différente et, en combinaison, forment un filet de vis continu. L'ensemble piston comprend en outre un écrou qui met en prise le filet de vis par un filetage d'écrou. Le filetage d'écrou a une forme correspondant à une forme négative de la première partie filetée. L'invention aide à réduire au minimum des efforts d'assemblage d'un dispositif à l'aide de l'ensemble piston.
