PURPOSE: A blood separating apparatus is provided to prevent infection due to the exposure of blood to the air in the separation of blood. CONSTITUTION: A blood separating apparatus comprises a core cell(100), a first kit(200), and a second kit(300). The core cell is arranged in the center of a blood separation device and is coupled with the first kit and second kit. The core cell is composed of a top end part, a central part, and a bottom end part in a longitudinal direction. The core cell includes a first opening and a second opening. The first kit includes a first stopper opening and closes the first opening.
