The invention relates to a method for ablating solid material in the oral cavity, particularly jaw bone material. Known systems are disadvantageous in terms of precision and causing damage to the surrounding tissue. The object of the invention is to provide a system that allows for easy, safe, gentle, reliable and precise ablation.
