The present invention relates to an antiaging functional cosmetic composition containing fermented unripe tomato in which an unripe tomato extract is fermented by effective microorganisms as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition showing excellent antiaging effect such as effects of reducing biosynthesis of MMP-1, promoting biosynthesis of type-1 procollagen, alleviating skin wrinkles, and improving skin elasticity by containing 0.001-30.0 wt% of fermented unripe tomato containing tomatidine generated by fermenting an unripe tomato extract by one or more types of mycelia, which are fermentation strains, selected from the group consisting of a mycelium of Laetiporus sulphureus, Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii, and maitake.본 발명은 미숙 토마토 추출물을 유효 미생물로 발효시킨 미숙 토마토 발효물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항노화 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 발효균주인 붉은덕다리버섯 균사체, 참바늘버섯 균사체, 잎새버섯 균사체로 이루어진 그룹 중 선택된 1종 이상의 균사체로 미숙 토마토 추출물을 발효시켜 생성된 토마티딘(tomatidine)을 주요 활성성분으로 함유하는 미숙 토마토 발효물을 0.001 - 30.0중량%를 함유하여 MMP-1 생합성 감소 및 타입 1 프로콜라겐 생합성 촉진효과, 피부 주름 개선효과, 피부 탄력개선 효과 등 우수한 항노화 효과를 나타내는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
