PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exert a growth promotion effect of plant by nanobubble-containing water, or improve the effect more than before.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device has: a plant body substrate a nanobubble-containing water supply source which is capable of supplying nanobubble-containing water to the plant body substrate and nanobubble-containing water droplet supply means which is capable of supplying nanobubble-containing water from the nanobubble-containing water supply source in an atomized state, in which the plant body substrate includes one or a plurality of water passing holes, and has: a plant body support part which supports the plant body a plant body substrate top part which is arranged on a front side of the plant body support part and capable of holding nanobubble-containing water and a plant body substrate bottom part which is arranged on a rear side of the plant body support part.
