The present invention provides a neural probe interface device transmitting an optical signal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the neural probe interface device comprises: a power source including a light source and a processor controlling the light source； an interface including an interface substrate, a plurality of neural probes installed on the interface substrate, and a plurality of optical probes installed on the interface substrate and transferring an optical signal emitted from the light source to an object, wherein the plurality of neural probes are installed on the interface substrate in a matrix structure, and the plurality of optical probes are integrated between the plurality of neural probes； and a connector electrically connecting each of the plurality of neural probes to the processors.일 실시예에 따른 신경 프로브 인터페이스 장치는, 광원과, 상기 광원을 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하는 전원； 인터페이스 기판과, 상기 인터페이스 기판에 설치된 복수 개의 신경 프로브들과, 상기 인터페이스 기판에 설치되고 상기 광원으로부터 방사하는 광 신호를 오브젝트로 전달하는 복수 개의 광 프로브들을 포함하는 인터페이스로서, 상기 복수 개의 신경 프로브들은 상기 인터페이스 기판에 매트릭스 구조로 설치되고, 상기 복수 개의 광 프로브들은 상기 복수 개의 신경 프로브들 사이에 집적되는 인터페이스； 및 상기 복수 개의 신경 프로브들의 각각을 상기 프로세서에 전기적으로 연결하는 커넥터를 포함할 수 있다.
