PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological component measuring device which can be fitted to a subject while easily being adjusted so that the device is placed at a prescribed position of the arm of the subject.SOLUTION: A blood sugar measuring device (biological component measuring device) 100 is provided with a device main body 10 for extracting glucose from the arm 110 of the subject and measuring the extracted glucose, and a fitting member 30 for fitting the device main body 10 to the arm 110 of the subject by clamping the arm 110 of the subject between the device main body 10 and itself. The fitting member 30 has one end of the fitting member 10 joined to the device main body 10 and another end of the fitting member 30 separate from the device main body 10 when the device main body 10 is fitted to the arm 110 of the subject.
