The splint for recovery of the function of the hand consists of the support element for the forearm and the hand and the tension wires. The device also contains the glove of the elastic material with intermediary rings at the level of the metacarpophalangeal joints. The support element is designed as the bed for the forearm and the internal surface of the hand with two rigid arcs for fixation in the lower and upper thirds of the forearm and the soft arc for the fixation of the hand, the latter arc is thrown over the glove. The rubber tension wires that are attached to the fingers distally at the level of the interphalangeal joints with the aid of the circular clamps are passed through the intermediary rings to be fixed proximally to the tension appliance designed as several rows of the fixation elements, five in each row accordingly to the radii of the hand.Шина для восстановления функции кисти состоит из опорного элемента для предплечья и кисти, проводов натяжения. Дополнительно содержит перчатку из эластичного материала с промежуточными кольцами, установленными на уровне пястно-фаланговых суставов. При этом опорный элемент выполнен в виде ложа для предплечья и внутренней поверхности кисти с двумя жесткими дугами для фиксации в нижней и верхней трети предплечья и мягкой дугой для фиксации кисти, которая перебрасывается через перчатку.
