The invention relates to a food container and a feeding device. The food container is made of elastic material. The food container comprises an open end and a sealed end. The sealed end is provided one or more through holes. The open end is provided with a strip-shaped ring for fixing a bag on other parts. The strip-shaped ring is of an elliptical shape with unequal long axis and short axis, so that the food container is allowed to be mounted on other parts according to a definite direction. Due to the fact that a food container is usually flat or of other non-circular shapes to allow a user to conveniently place the food container in the mouth and bite out foods in the container, the food container needs to the matched with the shape of the mouth during use. When the food container is matched with other parts to form the feeding device and when the feeding device is held, the food container can always be located at the most appropriate angle by the unique design of the food container, and application convenience is achieved.
