An effective method for synthesizing merberofuran B and L from 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 5-bromoresorcinol was invented. The main synthetic steps are neutral Al 2 O 3 -mediated site geranylation, Ramirez gem-dibromoolefination and Suzuki coupling.2,4-다이하이드록시벤즈알데하이드와 5-브로모레소르시놀로부터 멀베로퓨란 B와 L을 합성하는 효과적인 방법을 발명하였다. 주요 합성 단계는 중성 Al2O3-매개 부위선택적 제라닐화, 라미레즈 젬-다이브로모올레핀화 및 스즈키 커플링이다.
