PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new nitrogen-containing heterocycle compounds effective for P2Y12 receptor-mediated disorders, especially for arterial thrombosis and coronary artery disease； and to provide pharmaceutical compositions containing the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to deuterium-substituted triazolopyrimidine compounds expressed by the following formula, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The deuterium-substituted triazolopyrimidine compounds have an effect of reducing cytochrome Pisoform or monoamine oxidase isoform in the subject, and a deleterious change in a hepatobiliary function endpoint, as compared to non-isotopical compounds.【課題】Ｐ２Ｙ１２受容体媒介性の障害、特に、動脈血栓症と冠動脈疾患に対して有効な新規含窒素複素環化合物、及び該化合物を含有する医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】下式で示される重水素置換トリアゾロピリミジン化合物、及び該化合物を含有する医薬組成物。【効果】前記重水素置換化合物は、非同位体の化合物と比較して、被験体におけるシトクロムＰ４５０アイソフォーム、又は、モノアミンオキシダーゼアイソフォームの阻害の減少、及び肝胆機能エンドポイントの有害な変化を減らす効果を有する。【選択図】なし
