The present invention provides an anti-inflammatory composition containing abalone shell protein, which effectively inhibits the expression of various inflammatory cytokines, as an active component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to implement a production effect of the anti-inflammatory composition which effectively inhibits the expression of various types of inflammatory cytokines by using the abalone shell protein extracted from abalone shells which is industrially utilized.본 발명은 다양한 염증 사이토카인의 발현을 효과적으로 저해하는 전복패각(abalone shell) 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염증 조성물을 제공한다.
