Medical dressing to administer to the skin the antiflogistic active substance etofenamate, which is liquid at room temperature, this dressing presenting a structure consisting of the upper layer (a), the support layer (c), the protection layer (d) peelable and, optionally, an intermediate layer (b), characterized in that: - the upper layer (a) consists of an inert material； - the support layer (c) consists of a self-adhesive polysiloxane as a support material, which has been obtained by condensing a dimethylpolysiloxane containing silanol groups with a silicate resin soluble in organic solvents and the subsequent reaction of silanol groups remnants with a reactive trimethylsilyl compound； and - this self-adhesive polysiloxane optionally contains additives known per se to modify the adhesive properties, and optionally additives to reduce the viscosity of the self-adhesive polysiloxane, and in which the antiflogistic active ingredient is incorporated in the form of a dispersion, optionally with a dispersion promoter of permeation through the skin； - the adhesive force of the support layer (c) is in the range between 0.8 N / 25 mm and 1.4 N / 25 mm； - the support layer (c) contains the active substance etofenamate in a concentration in the range between 1.0% by weight and 25.0% by weight, calculated with respect to the total weight of the support layer (c )； - the support layer (c) contains the active ingredient present in dispersed form with an average droplet size in the range between 0.1 μm and 500 μm； - the support layer (c) adheres directly to the upper layer (a), or is optionally attached thereto by the intermediate layer (b)； and - the peelable protection layer (d) consisting of an inert material adheres to the support layer (c) and is easily peelable therefrom.Apósito médico para administrar a la piel el principio activo antiflogístico etofenamato, que es líquido a temperatura ambiente, presentando este apósito una estructura que consiste en la capa superior (a
