Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Stimulationsgerät (1) mit einem Stimulator (2), enthaltend einen Generator (3) zur Erzeugung elektrischer Stimulationsimpulse mit bestimmten Stimulationsparametern, eine Spannungsversorgung (4) zur Versorgung des Generators (3) mit elektrischer Energie und ein Stimulatorgehäuse (13), und mit zumindest zwei Nadelelektroden (5) zum Einstechen in die Hautoberfläche eines zu stimulierenden Areals, welche Nadelelektroden (5) über eine Leitung (7) mit dem Stimulator (2) verbunden sind, wobei der Stimulator (2) lösbar mit einem Befestigungselement (14) zur Befestigung des Stimulators (2) an der Hautoberfläche verbindbar ist.
