PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit for an endoscope capable of achieving a structure of fixing an imaging lens and an imaging device with an adhesive or the like, and to provide an endoscope.SOLUTION: The endoscope lens unit includes: a lens barrel a lens L1 as a front-group lens and lenses L2 and L3 as rear-group lenses that are stored inside the lens barrel and an aperture stop disposed between the lens L1 and the lens L2. An imaging-side final surface L3R2 of the lens L3 is configured to be fixed to a cover glass of an imaging device by an adhesion layer.
