An injection device comprising: a drive shaft； a clutch mechanism configured to engage the drive shaft； a plunger rod coupled to the clutch mechanism； a dose limiter configured to engage the clutch mechanism； an input planetary gear in contact with the dose limiter, while the planetary gear has an opening configured to insert a plunger rod into it； a release button configured to selectively enter into contact interaction with a dose limiter. 2. An injection device according to claim 1, further comprising: a dose adjusting head connected to a drive shaft. The injection device according to claim 2, further comprising: a dose setting drum connected to a drive shaft, the dose setting drum having a first thread. An injection device according to claim 3, further comprising: a rear casing having a second thread configured to interface with the first thread of the drum to set a dose.
