The invention concerns a device (1) for detecting the breaking of a wall (3) separating compartments (21, 22) in a dialysate bag (2). Said device comprises a lower stage (4) and an upper stage on each of which another dialysate bag (2) rests. According to the invention, said lower (4) and upper (5) stages and the bag accommodated in the lower stage (4) are arranged such that said upper stage (5) comprises at least one portion (54), called detection portion, which, when said wall (3) separating the bag accommodated in the lower stage is in the broken state, is capable of coming into contact with the lower stage, and which, when the wall separating the bag accommodated in the lower stage is in the unbroken state, is capable of remaining apart from said lower stage. The device comprises means for detecting the relative position of the upper stage relative to said lower stage.Linvention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la détection de la rupture dune paroi de séparation (3) de compartiments(21, 22) dune poche (2) de dialysat. Le dispositif comprend des moyens de détection de la position relative de létage supérieur par rapport audit étage inférieur.
