The present invention provides a quantification method of visual fatigue caused by three-dimensional content which becomes a stability problem in 3D industry with a face temperature change. A visual fatigue measuring method by the method comprises: a step of measuring a thermal burn of a face from a subject which is exposed to visual stimulation； a step of detecting a thermal change by face part of the subject by analyzing the thermal burn； and a step of determining the visual fatigue from the size of the thermal change by face part.본 발명은 3D 산업에서 안전성의 문제가 되고 있는 3차원 콘텐츠로 유발된 시각피로를 안면 온도 변화로 정량화 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법에 의한 시각 피로 측정 방법은, 시각적 자극에 노출된 피험자로부터 안면의 열화상을 측정하는 단계, 상기 열화상을 분석하여 피험자의 안면 부위별 열변화를 검출하는 단계, 그리고 상기 안면 부위별 열변화의 크기로부터 시각적 피로를 판단하는 단계를 포함한다.
