An operation acceleration detection part 100 which can be attached to and detached from the operation part detects an acceleration of the operation part in a predetermined direction. A vehicle body acceleration detection part 200 detects an acceleration of the electric wheelchair in a predetermined direction. An operational state measuring device 400 acquires an operational state of the operation part by the user based on the accelerations detected by the operation acceleration detection part 100 and the vehicle body acceleration detection part 200.
