A cosmetic comprising a polymer (A) having a content of an oxyalkylene unit and/or a glycerin unit of 0.5% by mass or more and under 5.0% by mass and a polymer (B) having a content of an oxyethylene unit and/or a glycerin unit of 5.0% by mass or more and 20.0% by mass or less, the polymer (A) and the polymer (B) being a crosslinking organopolysiloxane polymer obtained by reacting organohydrogen polysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule and polyoxyalkylene and/or polyglycerin having two or more aliphatic unsaturated bonds in one molecule, wherein the mass ratio of the polymer (A) to the polymer (B) is 5:95 to 60:40.
