The scope of the notification is the set for testing the viability of eggs of non-ruminants, gastrointestinal tracts and the cyst and oocyst of the ruminants and the way in which this assessment is carried out using the diagnostic set. This set consists of: solution A, containing two volume parts of the solution of the source dioctane fluorescein suspended in acetone and 5000 volume parts of the solution of buffer PBS, solution B,containing ten volumes of propidine iodine and 125 volumes of PBS buffer solution. The starting solution contains 0,5 mg dioctane fluorescein per 1 ml acetone. After colouring the eggs and oocyst with a diagnostic kit, the test samples shall be examined under a fluorescent microscope and their viability shall be assessed according to the colour of the eggs and oocyst observed.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw do badania żywotności jaj nicieni jelitowych, żołądkowo-jelitowych oraz cyst i oocyst pierwotniaków oraz sposób dokonania takiej oceny z wykorzystaniem zestawu diagnostycznego. Przedmiotowy zestaw składa się z: roztworu A, zawierającego 2 części objętościowe roztworu wyjściowego dioctanu fluoresceiny zawieszonego w acetonie i 5000 części objętościowych roztworu buforu PBS, roztworu B, zawierającego 10 części objętościowych jodku propidyny i 125 części objętościowych roztworu buforu PBS. Przy czym roztwór wyjściowy zawiera 0,5 mg dioctanu fluoresceiny na 1 ml acetonu. Po dokonaniu wybarwienia jaj i oocyst za pomocą zestawu diagnostycznego badane próbki ogląda się pod mikroskopem fluorescencyjnym i w zależności od koloru obserwowanych jaj i oocyst ocenia się ich żywotność.
