The method of minimally invasive surgery in submacular hemorrhage and macular hole in the same eye comprises the conventional preoperative preparation of the patient (two hours before the surgery and immediately before the surgery, instillations of broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, the treatment of the operation field, the local instillation anesthesia and finger massage of the eyeball aimed at reducing intraocular pressure are provided). The eyelid speculum is set, the eyeball is fix with the tweezers. In the upper-temporal quadrant at the distance of 3.5-4 mm from the limbus, the conjunctiva is moved in a way that upon the puncture of the wall of the eyeball the defects in conjunctiva and sclera do not coincide with each other. The stepwise tangential penetration of sclera is provided. The needle of the insulin syringe is directed radially to the entire thickness of the sclera, the direction of needle insertion remains unchanged. Upon needle visualization, perfluoropropane is injected into the vitreous cavity in the volume of 0.6-0.7 ml. The ophthalmoscopic control of the retinal vessels is provided.Способ малоинвазивной хирургии при субмакулярном кровоизлиянии и макулярной дыре в одном и том же глазу, по которому осуществляют общепринятую предоперационную подготовку больного (за два часа до вмешательства и непосредственно перед ним выполняют инстилляции антибактериального препарата широкого спектра действия, обработку операционного поля, местную инстиляционную анестезию и пальцевый массаж глазного яблока с целью снижения внутриглазного давления), устанавливают векорасширитель, глазное яблоко фиксируют пинцетом.
