摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An installation instrument for instrumental placement of a ball-roofed insert into a cotyloid cavity (a cup) of a hip prosthesis with a setting instrument having a pin, one end of which comprises an insert retainer instrument. One end of the setting tool is ball-shaped and represents a part of the retainer instrument. The retainer instrument also comprises an individually configured setting head for pivotal joint of the ball-shaped end of the setting instrument and an individually configured secondary installation member for retaining the insert on an outer contour of the setting head. The setting head is configured attachable to the ball-shaped end to form a pivot ball. The first version provides a method for placing the ball-roofed insert into the cotyloid cavity of the hip prosthesis by means of the installation instrument for instrumental placement of the ball-roofed insert into the cotyloid cavity (cup) of the hip prosthesis with the setting instrument having the pin, one end of which comprises the insert retainer instrument. The setting head is configured attachable to the ball-shaped end to form the pivot ball the setting head is provided with the ball roof having an elastic edge, into which the ball-shaped end of the setting instrument is locked during the installation procedure. The secondary installation member consists of a collar spring with radially extending locks. Due to the fact that the collar spring is flexible, the locks is radially movable. An outer end of the locks comprises radially extending hooks, a gripping surface o
