Disclosed is an exenatide microsphere preparation, comprising components in the following weight percent: 3%-10% of exenatide or exenatide salts, and 88%-97% of PLGA, wherein the PLGA is a mixture of low-viscosity PLGA and high-viscosity PLGA. The weight ratio of the low-viscosity PLGA to high-viscosity PLGA is 1:1-9:1. The preparation is prepared using an O/W emulsion-solvent evaporation method. The resulting exenatide microsphere preparation has the following features: a low initial burst, a small release delay and a low Cmax/Cave, is beneficial for reducing the risks brought about by large fluctuations in a plasma drug concentration when a type II diabetic patient receives treatment, and has a good clinical application prospect.Linvention concerne une préparation de microsphères dexénatide, comprenant les composants suivants, en pourcentage en poids : de 3 % à 10 % dexénatide ou de sels dexénatide, et de 88 % à 97 % de PLGA, le PLGA étant un mélange de PLGA de faible viscosité et de PLGA de haute viscosité. Le rapport en poids du PLGA de faible viscosité sur le PLGA de haute viscosité est compris entre 1/1 et 9/1. La préparation est préparée en utilisant la méthode dévaporation de solvant démulsion H/E. La préparation de microsphères dexénatide en résultant présente comme caractéristiques une poussée initiale faible, un faible délai de libération et une faible Cmax/Cmoy, est utilisable pour diminuer les risques provoqués par des fluctuations importantes de la concentration plasmatique du médicament lors du traitement dun patient souffrant de diabète de type II, et présente une bonne perspective dapplication clinique.
