PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe cap which can be adapted to various kinds of use modes while suppressing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A syringe cap comprises: an elastic plug body 30 which is configured to be detachably attachable to a nozzle part 12 of a barrel 10A of a syringe and is made of an elastic member and a cover body 40 which is configured to be attachable to the elastic plug body 30 and is made of a rigid member. The elastic plug body 30 includes a plug part 31 and a flange part 32. The cover body 40 is made of a bottomed cylindrical member including a cylindrical part 41 enclosing the plug part 31, and the cylindrical part 41 has a plurality of engaging parts for engaging the flange part 32 while the cover body is attached to the elastic plug body 30. Each of the plurality of engaging parts has a cantilever part 44 configured to be elastically deformed by forming a cut part 41b on the cylindrical part 41 and a nail part 45 configured to be locked on the flange part 32 by being raised from a tip end of the cantilever part 44.
