PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in mechanical strength, thermal resistance, flame resistance, moldability and the like, which is a thin-wall molded article having a polylactic acid resin of 25 wt.% or more.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin composition contains total 100 pts.wt. of a polylactic acid resin (A) of 25 to 67 pts.wt., a rubber reinforced resin (B) of 3 to 45 pts.wt. and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (C) of 30 to 72 pts.wt., and a phosphorus-based flame retardant (D) of 3 to 30 pts.wt., a polyester based flame retardant (E) containing a dicarboxylic acid component of the formula (1) as a copolymer component of 1 to 15 pts.wt. and a drop inhibitor (F) of 0.1 to 8 pts.wt. and the like.
