PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg massage machine having a high massage effect.SOLUTION: A leg massage machine 100 includes an inner therapeutic element group 111 and an outer therapeutic element group 121 that are rotated relative to each other. The inner therapeutic element group 111 and the outer therapeutic element group 121 are configured by annually disposing a plurality of therapeutic elements 111a and 121a each of which is composed of a metal ball, where the outer therapeutic element group 121 is disposed outside the inner therapeutic element group 111. The therapeutic elements 111a are rotatably held by an inner rotary base 110 and an inner rotary base cover 112, while the therapeutic elements 121a are rotatably held by an outer rotary base 120 and an outer rotary base cover 122.
