PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize the good fixed state of a stem part by bone cement by facilitating the insertion of the stem part in a medullary cavity part while keeping a state that high pressure acts on the side inserted in the medullary cavity part of the stem part over the whole thereof from the bone cement.SOLUTION: At least two grooves 13, which are indented in the surface 12a of the stem part 12 and extended from the leading end of the stem part 12 to the connection part thereof along the stem part 12 in the axial direction, are provided to the side of the stem part 12. The grooves 13 are arranged circumferentially at positions becoming equally angled with respect to the axial center P of the stem part 12 centering around the axial center P of the stem part 12.
