The present invention relates to a topical film-forming composition including, in a pharmaceutically acceptable medium: 5 to 30 wt % of ethyl cellulose； 0.1 to 10 wt % of an auxiliary film-forming agent； 0.1 to 20 wt % of one or more triacids, at least one of which is boric acid； and 60 to 95 wt % of an organic solvent, the percentages being expressed by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. The invention also relates to the use of such a composition in a method for treating herpes, in particular herpes labialis.La présente invention a pour objet une composition topique filmogène comprenant, dans un milieu pharmaceutiquement acceptable: -5 à 30% en poids d'éthylcellulose； -0,1 % à 10% en poids, d'un agent auxiliaire de filmification； -0,1 à 20% en poids d'un ou plusieurs triacides dont l'un au moins est l'acide borique； et -60 à 95% en poids d'un solvant organique, les pourcentages étant exprimés en poids, par rapport au poids total de la composition, ainsi que l'utilisation d'une telle composition dans une méthode de traitement de l'herpès, en particulier de l'herpès labial.
