To provide a method of malignant tumor extinction by supersonic irradiation and a method of enhancing a medicament effect on a malignant tumor and bacterial infection.SOLUTION: A biological portion where a malignant tumor or bacteria exist is irradiated with sonic beams having opposite phases so as to overlap. A portion where the sonic beams having opposite phases overlap vibrates waving with large amplitude in a sonic advancing direction, and can cut off a tumor vessel if increasing a sonic intensity.
