One embodiment of a sex toy for simulating a sexual encounter by a user having a base unit being substantially hour glass shape comprising a configuration of members for engagement by a users feet. The body assembly is an elongated tubular member and is mated to the front end of the base unit. A support arm having a stimulating element attached to its distal end is attached to the body assembly. A pair of elongated tubular members each comprising a strapping mechanism are also for engagement of the users feet and are threaded to the right and left sides of the base unit. In use, a user gets into the desired position with the apparatus between the users legs. After insertion of the stimulating element, the user manipulates the apparatus by use of hands or feet or both hands and feet together.
