The auditory acuity test unit registers a user and test auditory acuity by type of hearing impairment. The voice selection unit selects a voice in the audible range of a user by the auditory acuity test unit. The voice optimization unit processes a voice audio signal in the voice range selected by the voice selection unit according to a degree of hearing impairment loss by frequency.
