A kind of handcar brake structure is that vehicle frame sets hand-rail type power mechanism comprising rocking handle mechanism, and hold rocking-turn for user and generate the power transfer mechanism of rotary force. The rotary force drives the wheel on vehicle frame to operate through power transfer mechanism. Rocking handle mechanism is disposed with brake control machine comprising brake cable and brake lever. Wherein, brake cable periphery is arranged the first protection sleeve pipe and the second protection sleeve pipe. First protection sleeve pipe first end is opposite with the second protection sleeve pipe third end and has spacing and forms interval; and brake cable what interval forms naked section; naked section wears what rotary joint assembly; the first end and the third end abut what rotary joint assembly and in the states that can be relatively rotated and can not relatively move, so that avoiding protection sleeve pipe fracture distress facts due to torsion is pullled.一種手搖車煞車結構,其係於車架設手搖式動力機構,其包括搖柄機構,及供使用者握持搖轉而產生旋轉力的動力傳遞機構。該旋轉力經動力傳遞機構以驅動車架上的輪子運轉。搖柄機構佈置有剎車控制機,其包括剎車線及剎車柄。其中,剎車線外周套設第一保護套管及第二保護套管。第一保護套管第一端與第二保護套管第三端相對並具有間距而形成間隔,且剎車線於間隔形成裸露段,裸露段穿設於旋轉接頭組件,該第一端及該第三端抵接於旋轉接頭組件並呈可相對轉動而不可相對移動之狀態,俾能避免保護套管因扭轉拉扯而斷裂破損情事。
