The invention relates to a process and an industrial production line for co-precipitation of casein from skimmed milk together with serum proteins. According to the invention, the process comprises the co-precipitation of casein and serum proteins by preheating followed by acidification up to a pH value of 4.62, leading to co-precipitation of casein and serum proteins and to whey elimination by syneresis, at a temperature of 82...88°C, at the same time with the quick supernatant whey siphoning off, followed by processing the said co-precipitate and putting it into contact with the washing water, while vigorously stirring, with a view to entrain the mass of co-precipitate particles which are in suspension. The industrial production line, as claimed by the invention, comprises a buffer tank (1), a pump (2) which transfers the skimmed milk, through a filter (3) and a flowmeter (4) into a constant-level vessel (5), wherefrom it is taken over by means of an injector (7) which introduces fresh steam which entrains the skimmed milk through an elbow pipe (8) which is in connection with a convergent-divergent nozzle and then, by pulverizing a diluted hydrochloric acid solution, with a batching pump (11), the pH value is modified and the resulting co-precipitate in admixture with the whey reach a divergent zone (14) of the nozzle and are thereby delivered into a buffer vat (26) through a pipe (17) where the co-precipitate settles at the bottom of the vat (26) while the supernatant whey is eliminated, after which the co-precipitate is processed by a pump (19) and passed through a pressurized delivery nozzle (21) into a washing vat (22) the mixture of co-precipitate and washing water is taken over by another pump (23) and transferred to a centrifugal separator (25) with nozzles where the washing water is separated from the co-precipitate which is discharged into the buffer vat (26).Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi la o linie industrială pentru coprecipitarea din laptele deg
