The lateral surfaces and/or edge surfaces of at least one of the walls of each storage container have integrated coupling elements, wherein the coupling elements are designed in such a way that the coupling elements engage with the coupling elements of a directly adjacent wall of a further storage container, wherein storage containers engaged with each other along a section of the walls of the storage containers have a common wall in the section.
