FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for treating patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP) at latent inflammation stage. Performing combined intervention with underlying drug therapy, diet therapy, prostate massage and therapeutic physical training. Constant magnetic field induction in working zone of 20-50 mT. Infrared laser radiation pulse power is 15 W. Pulse repetition frequency is 80 Hz. Red light radiation power is 50 mW with modulation of 10 Hz. Combined exposure is performed by 3 zones: 1st non-paired zone, exposure is performed transrectal through light guide in frontal projection on patients prostate, contact, stable. Exposure time for this zone is 4 minutes. 2nd paired zone, exposure is performed paravertebral without light guide on Th12-L1 level alternately rightward and leftward. Gap between emitter working surface and patient is 1-1.5 cm, stable, exposure time is by 2 minutes per each zone. 3rd paired zone, exposure without light guide on right and left inguinal zone in projection of vascular fascicles. Gap between emitter working surface and patient is 1-1.5 cm, stable, exposure time is by 2 minutes per each zone. Total duration of procedure is 12 minutes.
