PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel air mixing injector which can take out even a small amount of content liquids in a state that the liquids are mixed with air.SOLUTION: The novel air mixing injector comprises: a piston shaft 3 which has a first piston 2 for pressure-feeding air in a first syringe and pushes out the air an elastic member 5 supported toward a cylinder 1c inside the first syringe 1 a check valve 6 which has a valve body 6 for closing an internal passage r1 by a biasing force of the elastic member 5, forms a filling space S1 of the air pushed out by the first piston 2 together with the valve body 6a between the first syringe 1 and itself, and has a pressure-receiving face for opening the valve body 6a while withstanding the biasing force of the elastic member 5 by receiving a rise of the internal pressure of the filling space S1 and a second syringe 7 which has a second piston 8 movable by the air pushed out by the opening of the valve body 6a as an biasing force, and has an air passage r2 therein which mixes air for imparting the biasing force to the second piston 8 into the content liquids in a filling space S2 which is formed between the second piston 8 and itself.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】少量の内容液であっても空気を混合させた状態で取り出すことのできる、新規なエア混合式噴出器を提供する。【解決手段】第1シリンジ1内の空気を圧送する第1ピストン2を有して当該空気を押し出すピストンシャフト3と、第1シリンジ1の内側で筒体部1cに向かって支持される弾性部材5と、弾性部材5の付勢力によって内部通路r1を閉じる弁体6aを有し当該弁体6aとともに第1シリンジ1との間に第1ピストン2で押し出された空気の充填空間S1を形成するとともに充填空間S1の内圧上昇を受けて弾性部材5の付勢力に抗して弁体6aを開かせる受圧面が設けられた逆止弁6と、弁体6aが開かれることで押し出された空気を付勢力として移動可能な第2ピストン8を有し第2ピストン8との間に形成された充填空間S2の内容液に第2ピストン8に付勢力を与える空気を混合させるエア流路r2が内側に形成された第2シリンジ7を備える。【選択図】図8
