The present invention provides novel cytotoxic compounds and cytotoxic conjugates comprising such cytotoxic compounds and cell-binding agents. More specifically, the present invention relates to novel tylanstatin A analogs useful as cytotoxic small molecule toxins in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
