PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible space holder 10 that is temporarily or permanently inserted into a body of a human or animal and is composed of a piece or several easily-connectable pieces, being flexible or movable.SOLUTION: The flexible space holder 10 includes: a connection member 2 provided at both ends and a central tubular body 1 having a flexible recess member. The recess member is provided as a groove-like recess formed on a wall of the tubular body 1 or a gap of an opening.
